Problem: National network of employees needing one system to enter and maintain
marine listings (DATA).
Requirements:

Secure system available via Internet.

History of changes stored and available

Approval process in system to prevent unauthorized changes and to ensure data
integrity.

Changes made must be changed in 13 other systems.
Resolution: Created an application to allow maintenance by employees of their
own data. Automated approvals and established checks and balances in place to
ensure data integrity. Generated workflow to track change in other systems.
Reduced entry points from 13 to 3 by establishing relationships with other
vendors, creating electronic feeds. This was a long term project and was
delivered in phases.

Resolution: Optimized website for Google standards, utilized other best
practices for optimization. Tracked traffic from Google to website based on
certain key phrases. Doubled site traffic in five months
